Dear Club Members,

On January 1, 2008 I announced my intention to pursue a seat on the Ann Arbor City Council representing Ward 2.  Needless to say this is going to impact my discretionary time and my ability to serve on the Great Lakes Water Polo Board.   I have enjoyed my years with the club and specifically enjoyed working with Coach Matt Anderson, all the terrific assistant coaches, parent volunteers and exceptional athletes that have been affiliated with the club over the last 8 years.  

I hope that parents that have young players just discovering the sport of water polo will consider getting more involved with this fine organization.  I can assure that you could not “hand pick” a better group of young men and women to have your son or daughter associated with.  If you have the time and are interested in helping out, please give me a call and I will help find a role for you in the club.  You will not regret getting involved.
